WHO WE ARE
Welcome to the Seafood restaurant, Stegna Kozas. Our ancestors have taught us that people should only eat fish when they are by the sea. And that’s what we have learnt and we are willing to offer to you. We make the third generation running this restaurant, and our rich history travels us back in time, in 1932, with a lot of memories from those years, when things used to be simpler and at the same time as tasty as they are today.
Today, in the Seafood Restaurant Stegna Kozas, our food has the same tastiness, as it did in the past, and we have managed to keep the tradition of our family. We create dishes using the most fresh and purest ingredients, produced by us, while we use only Greek raw materials, collected from the Dodecanese and the rest of Greece. We complement our dishes with the finest and carefully selected PDO Greek products (Protected Designation of Origin), supporting the local and the national market. So, after all these years, we believe that we have kept our values, offering to you the tastiest seafood dishes. In this way, we wish to show you how it feels to eat good fish, because that is what we have learnt to do and we are willing to offer to you.
EXPERIENCE
Our name has become famous, and the reason for that is the customer experience provided by us in our restaurant. We are going to become friends. We wish you to have a good time and we hope to see you again in our restaurant, as so many visitors visit us every year in order to see us again.

That’s what he says when asked, the always smiley Chef of the restaurant. He took over the restaurant about 20 years ago. He has a distinctive accent and opens the door to his visitors and always does the best he can to make the customer experience the best possible.
